Our river from the eyes of Fokker 50







Maya pulai ari Sabah aku sempat ngambi gambar sungai-sungai ti bisi ba menua kitai. I'm not sure ba ni endornya tang ti bisi bala ngelala muara sungai ti di ambi akunya tau ga post reply ngagai aku.

Utai ti ka di ke jako aku ditu ianya balat pengamah sungai-sungai kitai. Nama penyadi kitai enda nemu nyaga pemersi sungai-sungai kitai. Utai tu ukai mina ari pengawa kayu balak tang bisi contribution ari sand dredging works (ngambi pasir ari sungai). We have to do something ....Enti enda dudi ari nadai penyadi menua kitai.

Sabah land below the wind...











6th Nov 07 was my very first working trip to Sabah. I was actually reluctant to go but I thought why not give this state a try.....Apu!!!! ari atas bilun mulut aku dah start ternganga.......manah amai view menua tu. Kenyau ari bilun aku terengkah nyentuk ka datai ba destination aku, amat manah menua Sabah tu. It's like going to KL by the beach....According to locals baru empat taun ti ke udah bisi pemasang ba Sabah. Sida empu shopping mall jau lebih besai ari ngi kitai ba Kuching. Tourism industry sida ba Sabah laku amai...Everywhere is tourist.


Kitai ba Sarawak should do something to our beach front. Pemersi enggau pemanah beach kitai ti ba Sarawak enda tau enda diperansang bala pemesai kitai. Anyway above are some of the photos taken maya aku ba Sabah.....

Mas Corner Cafe Sibu



After church service we decided to go for breakfast at Mas Corner Cafe Sibu. The signature dish here is called the ........ I hope I spelt it right..Chor Chai Hoon Nang. It is white elastic mee serve with a sour gravy with ikan tapah or big prawn as the ingredient.
This dish is very delicious because the gravy soup is nicely done with fresh ikan tapah taste. After were done this is how our bowl looks like........

I had to collect some documents at Biaramas Sibu on the morning of 3rd Oct. So I thought why not have breakfast at the Yum Yum Cafe nearby. I ordered a Laksa Special. Big prawns and large bowls were on my mind......Well it came as a shocked. My Laksa Special was filled with Char siew meat, fish ball, meat ball, pig's liver and tauhu sumbat......For a while I thought they have sent me the wrong dish but as it turn out the gravy was actually laksa sarawak with all the wrong ingredients....! I didn't take a photo of the dish so you guys just have to try it yourself. Then I decided to try the malay stall, so I ordered a kwayteow tapau. And the photo above is exactly how it looks like.........There was practically nothing added to the kwayteow except for one egg probably! And the worst part is the stall owner had actually fry the kwayteow with a taste of cinnamon. Again....Wrong Ingredient!!!!
